We try to comply with all delivery dates, but very rarely delays can occur, especially during busy periods. There may also be other factors: interruptions in the work of transport companies, delays in mail, traffic, logistics, bad weather, restriction of access to the delivery address. However, we will try to keep you informed as much as possible and you will be able to track the progress of your order.
If you have any problems, prepare an order number and contact us in a convenient way for you. We will redirect the request to the courier service, we will try to quickly solve this problem and provide all the information.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
HOW ARE GOODS RETURNED AND EXCHANGED?

According to the law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, bathing products are not subject to return and exchange, since they belong to the type of linen product (according to GOST 25296-2003)

The SHELLÍNE brand does not sell defective goods. We are very scrupulous in this matter and carefully monitor the quality of our products, using the best materials and accessories from Italian manufacturers.
However, if due to very rare and exceptional cases you suddenly received a product with a defect, we apologize and ask you to take a photo of the defect with a brief description of the problem along with your order number and please contact us in a convenient way for you. We will definitely find a solution. The quality of our products and your comfort are our priority.

ABOUT A PRODUCT
WHICH FABRICS DO YOU USE IN YOUR SWIMWEARS, WHAT ARE THEIR COMPOSITION?

The general strategy of the SHELLÍNE brand is to use only high-quality and technologically advanced modern materials - fabrics and accessories that are ideal for swimming suits. We use fabrics from the world's leading Italian manufacturer of elastic knitted fabrics. All their products are 100% manufactured in Italy and undergo strict quality control at all stages of production, and their own innovative methods and developments allow us to produce knitwear with unique properties that fully meets the needs of the most demanding consumers. All materials have European safety certificates, which confirms their absolute hygiene and hypoallergenicity. The fabrics that we purchase for the production of our swimwear are an example of quality, luxury and sophistication, they are also used by many famous brands of clothing.

Fabric structure:
80% Polyamide, 20% Elastane

The main advantages of the fabric:

  • Durability and substantiality. The fabric is quite thin and light, it is difficult to tear, moreover to stretch.
  • High density, due to which the fabric does not penetrate under strong tension and in the wet state.
  • Convenience. Material does not restrict movement at all.
  • Resistance to sea salt, sand, chlorine, SPF creams and oils.
  • UV Protection (UPF 50+).
  • Does not lose brightness under the scorching sun, from exposure to powders with aggressive formulas.
  • Passes air and removes sweat.
  • Lightweight, soft fabric that is pleasant to wear on the body. Touching the fabric, you can feel the silkiness and tenderness.
  • Despite the synthetic composition, the fabric breathes well. This is facilitated by a special technology of weaving, and European safety certificates once again confirm their absolute hygiene and hypoallergenicity.

DO YOUR SWIMWEARS ENLIGHTEN?

The fabric we use for SHELLÍNE swimwear has a high density: it does not shine through when tensioned and when it is wet. In some models, we use a lining, so that even light colors do not shine through.

DO I NEED TO DRESS ANYTHING UNDER THE BOTTOM OF A SWIMWEAR?

We recommend wearing a top under our bathing suits. We have presented seamless two-layer tops from bathing fabric of different colors with cups.

WHAT DOES UPF COATING MEAN?

UPF stands for UV protection factor and indicates how much solar UV radiation is absorbed by the tissue before it reaches your skin.
A UPF 50 rating means that only 1 / 50th (or 2%) of UV radiation (both UVA and UVB rays) can penetrate tissue.
All of our modest SHELLÍNE swimwear are sun-protection, since we use just such UPF fabrics with a rating of 50+.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SWIMWEAR?

To preserve the original appearance of the product for a long time, we recommend that you observe the following points:

  • Do not iron
  • Do not wring
  • Do not bleach
  • No dry cleaning
  • Drum drying prohibited
  • Use a mild detergent
  • The bathing fabric of our products is resistant to chlorine, sea salt, sand, hydrophilic. However, try to protect your suit from their effects.
  • Rinse the product thoroughly after use to wash off any chemicals, bleach, sea salt, sand.
  • Avoid excessive contact with deodorants, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions and suntan oils, as well as rough surfaces, spas and pools treated with harsh chemicals.
  • Do not leave your product raw in plastic bags or bags.
  • Store the product at room temperature.

Each product has an internal care label, and we also attach a “Care Tips” leaflet to each bathing kit.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE SIZE CORRECTLY?

To determine the size, first of all, you need to know your CHEST-WAIST-HIP parameters.
If you do not know your parameters, you must correctly measure it:

  • Measure chest along the highest line of the bust.
  • Waist at the narrowest part of the waist.
  • Hips along the line of the maximum width of the hips.

For your convenience, we have developed the SIZE CHART in accordance with the international and Russian measurement systems for the most accurate determination of the fit of clothes according to the figure (we also always indicate the parameters and model growth in the card of each product so that you can visually imagine how the product looks on figure).
You need to compare your parameter values with those in the table. So you can understand whether the product is right for you and how it will look like on you. Keep in mind that bathing suits have a high degree of extensibility and if your parameters do not match the values from the table, take the closest size up.

IS SEWING BY INDIVIDUAL MEASURES OR CORRECTION UNDER THE FIGURE POSSIBLE?

Yes, it’s possible to tailor by individual standards or to correct the selected product for your figure. You can order this tailoring at 100% prepayment with a surcharge of + 30% to the cost of the product.

WHERE ARE SHELLÍNE PRODUCTS PRODUCED? DO YOU OWN PRODUCTION?

All products of our brand are produced in Russia using our own unique technology in our own workshop. Our design and production workshops are located in the center of Kazan.
Before starting a new collection, we first develop and construct each product model in our experimental workshop and sew a sample to test it in real conditions. When the product is fully approved, we launch a production instance for sewing large batches.
The entire production cycle takes place on European equipment from Italian fabrics. This allows us to carry out triple control and realize the design plan in a very short time.
We were able to reach a level that meets international standards. And we are certainly glad that Russian production is gaining power and momentum.

CAN I BUY DIFFERENT UP AND DOWN? (Type / size)

The SHELLÍNE brand has taken care of this issue. You can safely combine and mix our products with each other in accordance with your preferences, tastes and sizes.

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS, SEASON SALES?

Our strategy at SHELLÍNE does not include discounts or seasonal sales. Our product is quite exclusive and sophisticated, using expensive materials and labor. We want to remain committed to the quality of our products and decent pay for our employees.
But we are happy to make discounts on SAMPLE products that were used in our photo / video filming.
And also we always make a personal discount to the client for the next purchase at the first order. In the package of the order we send a beautiful card with a code word for a subsequent purchase at a discount.

That is why we almost never reproduce products from past collections, and they are published only once. In rare cases, some products sold are replenished.
However, especially for our customers, we provided for the possibility of "Pre-order" in the event that we were able to order and receive this or that fabric from the supplier for the product of your choice, which is currently not available. You can order it at 100% prepayment. Production time: 7-10 days (during holidays and weekends, waiting for an order increases).
